Full through material processing of most metals and non-metals
Permanent marking of substrates via material removal - typically 0.01" to 0.05" deep
Permanent marking partially through materials typically 0.0005" to 0.005" deep
Permanent marking via laser onto part or materials
Permanent marking of subsrate via heating the material (typically ABS or similar) to 'foam' the processed area (keyboard letters & numbers or thermostat housings)
Removal of material via numerous passes of the laser to selectively region(s) of the substrate
Laser Etching or Engraving the substrate to create fold and bend lines
Scribing Technical Ceramics to create fracture lines allowing for snapped parts creation
Full through processing utilizing a laser in place of a mechanical drill bit
Direct to Substrate CMYK+W+Clear, sheets upto 5' x 10', rolls & banner with extensive design & finishing options
Technical Screen Printing on rigid substrates.
3 Axis cnc routing most non-ferrous metals and most non-metals with optical registration and three point laoding.
Vinyl, Paper, Paperboard, Cardboard, Foam Rubber with optical registration and three point loading for pre-printed materials and precision requirements.
